Excerpt of the Letter of the Dutch Prime Minister De Quay to the UN Secretary General U Thant dated 21 May 1962 which explained that Indonesian Foreign Minister Soebandrio in the news published by AFP on 16 May 1962 rejected the Decolonization Process of West Papua (Netherlands New Guinea) and would carry out Military Aggression to West Papua even though it is against the UN Charter Article 73e.
