PREAMBULE
Every Peoples in this World have the Rights to be Free and no one can’t took their rights. Their rights in Politic, Economic, Society and Cultural are the fundamental freedom to keep peace in this world.
The rights of Indigenous Peoples are the primary rights that was Declaration by the United Nations on 13 September 2007 to protect the action of Modern Colonizer in this world. And we are the peoples so our rights to Self Determination according to the UN Charter Article 73e and UNGA Resolution 448/V and UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Article 3.
So, we are the West Papua Indigenous Peoples who joint in WEST PAPUA LIBERATION ORGANIZATION want to protect our rights as Indigenous Peoples on the Island of West New Guinea.
Finally, in the name of the Lord, this Constitution was established as the indicator of work to protect the rights of West Papua Indigenous Peoples in West Papua New Guinea Island.
