This airline is a joint venture between the Papua provincial government and Aser Madjar, a businessman originally from Papua. a source from 7jetset7.com also stated that this airline is registered as a subsidiary of the airline Bouraq Indonesia Airlines.
However, before flying for the first time commercially, this airline had to close its operations because it did not get a flying permit from the Indonesian Minister of Transportation.
