WPLO Hearing with UN President General Assembly
New York City. On Tuesday 17 April 2018, from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the UN Trusteeship Council Chamber, the President of the General Assembly conducted the first informal interactive hearings on the enhanced participation of indigenous peoples at the United Nations. This hearing was requested by the General Assembly in its resolution A/RES/71/321 and was open to indigenous participants accredited to attend the 2018 session of the Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues, UNPFII.
This Hearing was attending by West Papua Liberation Organization (WPLO), Mr John Anari as the Leader of WPLO took this oportunity for Speaking with UN President General Assembly to review back UN General Assembly Resolution 1752, 448 and 2504 that concerning West New Guinea or West Papua.
